CBFL’s Workforce Readiness Program is a six-week interactive training series designed to help people with disabilities build the confidence, skills, and experience needed to succeed in today’s job market. Whether you’re returning to work or stepping into the workforce for the first time, this program will meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.
Participants will receive hands-on job training and participate in skill development workshops that focus on real-world workplace readiness. You’ll learn how to communicate effectively, master time management, build resumes and cover letters, and strengthen your digital and professional skills to keep up with today’s fast-paced world.
Our team doesn’t stop at training, we’re here to help you transition into employment. With connections to local businesses, community partners, and supportive coaching, you’ll have access to job placement opportunities tailored to your interests and abilities.
