Ray Wathen with the STAP program will be educating BCCIL staff and consumers on the services and new telecommunication devices that are available through the Specialized Telecommunication Assistance Program (STAP) as well as assisting consumers with the completion of program applications for qualifying participants.
Documentation needed to process applications: Current proof of address and valid Texas Identification Card/ Texas Driver’s License. If you have any questions please contact BCCIL staff.
