We will focus on the topic of how to manage stress by way of meditation.

Of course, there are other strategies to consider when feeling overwhelmed.

However, meditation has proven to work in a wide range of settings.

The goal for this meeting is to have a Representative from the Harris Center come and share some valuable information concerning this area.
