HCIL wants to remind all Texans, including individuals with disabilities, that the Federal Fair Housing Act and the Texas Fair Housing Act ensures that all have equal access to housing.
Daniel Bustamante with Houston Fair Housing Center will offer an overview of the Fair Housing Act, as well as cover the basics about reasonable accommodations and information on tenants’ rights and responsibilities.
