My name is Darrell K. Simmons. I have more than 20 years of experience working with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. I am considered a subject matter expert in executive, team, and group coaching, organizational development consulting, and strategic planning. I am a former Executive Director of the Houston Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities.
Presently, I am a Leadership Practitioner in the MD Anderson Cancer Center and the CEO and Founder of 21st Century Coaching.
I am a certified International Coaching Federation (ICF), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and hold a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
I love coaching because it has proven to be a valuable tool for serving others in a meaningful way. The only thing I love more is my wife, Stephanie. I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my three daughters.
