Facing a temporary setback shouldn’t mean putting your life on hold. CBFL’s Adaptive Solutions Loaner Closet Program is here to lend a helping hand.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, adjusting to a new onset disability, or waiting for your purchased equipment to arrive, we’re here to bridge the gap. Our equipment loaner program provides temporary assistive devices to help you maintain your mobility and independence. If you recently found yourself adjusting to life after a stroke, paralysis, mobility challenges, or purchasing new equipment, give us a call. We may be able to assist.
Consumer Eligibility
Loans are meant to provide short-term assistance for those recovering from a recent surgery, paralysis, temporary disability, or awaiting the receipt of recently purchased equipment that will not exceed the lending timeframe.
Only consumers with an open IL Core case may participate in the loaner program.
The user must agree to use the requested equipment solely for its intended purpose and return it no later than the due date, unless a written request for an extension is submitted and approved by the program coordinator.
Equipment is loaned on a case-by-case, first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last.
